How are shipping and delivery calculated?

All orders shipped within India come under free shipping.

- Orders are generally shipped within 3-5 business days of placing on our website.
- Deliveries are made by our shipping partners in 2-4 business days depending upon the location and availability of logistics in your area.

What shipping services are available?

We currently ship with our shipping partners; Bluedart, Delhivery & Trackon Prime for deliveries within India.

For International shipping our partners are DHL, FedEx and UPS.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you receive a shipping email having your order details and the tracking number. The tracking number (AWB) along with a tracking link is also shared via whatsapp to your shipping phone number.

How can I return/exchange my order?

- Any return/exchange can be made within 7 days of receiving the package where a communication regarding the return/exchange to be made within 24hours of receiving the package at customer's end.

- No returns for items purchased on sale / with discount.

- Return/exchange items need to have all the tags, labels attached and intact in original packaging.

What should I do if I receive a faulty item?

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective/ damaged or if you receive the wrong item.

Any faulty item must be notified to our customer care within 24hrs of receiving, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

What payment methods are available?

At Notre Âme, we accept the following payment methods:

For Customers within India: Credit/Debit card(visa, mastercard, rupay), Net Banking, UPI, Wallets, Apple Pay

For International Customers: Credit card(Visa, Mastercard, Amex), Apple Pay
