Our team takes utmost care while processing your order and all items undergo multiple checks for quality before shipping. In the event that a product received at your end is not upto the mark, please contact us immediately at care@notreame.com or whatsapp us on +918595118454.

While we take care of all details and colors represented in our products on our website, there may be minor differences in how a product is displayed on different screens due to technical specifications of your viewing device. We are always ready to help with your query however it is to be understood while making a purchase on our website.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused with tags, in its original packaging and in compliance with our terms of return & refund.

Terms Of Returns & Refund

  • Items purchased at full price are only eligible for returns(refund against store credit) or exchanges.
  • Any return/exchange can be made within 7 days of receiving the package where a communication regarding the return/exchange to be made within 24-48 hours of receiving the package at customer's end. 
  • Return/exchange items need to have all the tags, labels attached and intact in original packaging.
  • We reserve the right to refuse any return/exchange in the event of return/exchange made post 7 days of receipt of package or if items returned found to be damaged/not in their original condition as you received them.
  • Items purchased during sale, with coupons, gift cards, discounted or using any promotional code are not eligible for store credit, however exchanges can be made in compliance with our policy.
  • Orders can be cancelled within 24hrs of placing wherein the items has not yet been shipped.
  • All items to be quarantined for 72hrs upon return as per covid guidelines. The return/exchange process to be initiated post this period after inspection of received items.
  • Store credit will be issued within 7-10 business days in case of refunds.
  • No returns or COD on customized products.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Jewelry/Trinkets

Our products are handcrafted by local artisans and we use best quality materials to design all the pieces. Please note all natural stones/beads/pearls vary in size and color and can not be considered faulty unless received broken.

Jewelry items are non returnable, however exchanges are accepted as per our exchange policy.
Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged. Items that are  damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. If you would like to exchange a faulty item, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product, subject to availability.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Swimwear and intimate wear are non-returnable for hygiene reasons. Kindly consider our size chart before purchase.
