Mending/ Repairing 

Garments are as delicate as our bodies, any rough bruising can cause some damage. But to cheer you we offer free mending and repairing services on all our merchandise. To enable us in bringing that smile back, please follow these simple instructions.

  • Share a picture of the damage along with a short video of whole garment including back, front, sleeves as well to help our team to assess it better.
  • Once the assessment is complete our team will ask you to ship the package to our workshop.
  • Once the item is received at our end, we will send a confirmation via email and text.
  • As per the condition of the garment our team will suggest further course of action on same for your confirmation.
  • Once confirmed from your end, your piece will be upcycled. This may take 7-10 business days from receiving of the package.
  • Your upcycled piece is shipped along with a surprise to broaden your smile.
  • Once received at your end, you show love by leaving a review on our website.
  • All shipping charges to and from customer end to be borne by customer.

Open your closet is our initiative to everyone going for shopping. It is a reminder for all the coveted pieces sitting somewhere down the rails in your closet waiting for you to give them a life. Before you shop something new, try considering your existing wardrobe.

We at Notre Âme welcomes all our shoppers to consider their closet and if they do find a piece that can get a new life but with some upgrade, we are here to help. Incase you are looking to revamp your wardrobe and find a piece that no longer fits you or your mood, consider us.
Here are the simple steps to revamp your wardrobe or upgrade your outfit.
  • Share the picture of the outfit with our team via email or message.
  • Let us know what you wish to do with it in few words.
  • Our team will assess and let you know the pricing for upgrading the outfit.
  • If you are not sure, then simply send the piece to us and you will get an Instant discount once the piece is received at our end. Use the discount for a fresh look from our exquisite collection.
  •  Once the garment is received, depending on your choice of either upgrading it or donating it, we will proceed further.
  • Our team will suggest the new course of action for upgrading your outfit and will confirm same with you.
  • Once confirmed, the team will process it.
  • Your upgraded garment is shipped with a surprise to broaden the smile.
  • Once received at your end, you show love by leaving a review on our website.
  • Shipping cost from customer end to our workshop is borne by customer. We make free delivery to you.
